This is to inform you that Mr. Takehiro Nakamura has ended his duties in Japan as IETC Director on 31 August 2010.

With effect from 1 December 2010 for the next 6 months, Per Bakken functions as Officer in Charge (OIC) of IETC, who concurrently holds the post of Head of DTIE Chemicals Branch in Geneva.
